RACE THROUGH THREE CIRCLES
Translation details
Model:mistral-large-2512.Translated text
Section titled “Translated text”On the playing field, two parallel lines are marked at a distance of 20 paces. Between the lines, 3 circles (three paces in diameter) are marked—two closer to one of the lines, one in the middle between the lines. At the center of each line, a place is designated for the leader. The group divides into two teams: the reds and the whites. Each team selects a leader from among themselves. Lots decide which team begins the game. The teams stand opposite each other behind the lines, while the leaders take their designated places.
The leader of the red team, throwing the ball as far as possible in a straight direction toward the opponents, gives the signal for their “run.”
The red team runs through the three circles in sequence and returns to their place. If any member of the white team catches the ball, they throw it back to their leader, who
is not allowed to leave the designated spot. The leader tries to hit one of the running scouts with the ball. If they hit, the white team scores one point, and the teams switch places; if they miss, the teams remain in place, and the red team scores one point.
If anyone catches a so-called “candle” (a high throw) with their hands, they become the leader in the next throw.
