The white outposts stand in a semicircle, each 100–200 paces apart. Each consists of 2–3 people. Between the outposts, in places offering a view of the nearest surroundings, several neutrals with white armbands are stationed. The reds sneak up to scout the arrangement of the outposts. Each of them must draw a sketch on a piece of paper, marking their positions. If any red is spotted, a whistle sounds from the relevant outpost. Then, the nearest neutral goes to the scout indicated by the outpost, taking a path that does not reveal the outpost’s location, and removes the discovered scout’s shoulder badge, also taking their sketch. The exercise continues in the meantime. Who discovered how many outposts, and was there anyone who sketched all of them without being noticed by the whites?
The duration of the exercise is specified.
