Ball Relay in Double Rank
Translation details
Model:mistral-large-2512.Translated text
Section titled “Translated text”A game recently introduced to our schools; suitable for elementary schools and lower grades of secondary schools. The children divide into two teams, which stand side by side, forming a double rank together. The first members of both ranks (the “white” and “red” teams) each receive a ball (a football). At a given signal, both simultaneously pass the balls backward (with arms stretched upward) to their teammates, who then pass them further. When the ball reaches the end of the rank (if someone drops it, they must pick it up, return to their place, and pass it further), the last person runs along the outside of the rank to the front, stands before the first, and passes it backward again. This is repeated until everyone has run. The team that completes this faster wins.
