The Ram
Translation details
Model:mistral-large-2512.Translated text
Section titled “Translated text”A game once widespread in Poland, now almost entirely forgotten. Suitable for children’s gardens and folk schools. The children form a semicircle, holding hands. In the center stands one participant as the “ram.” The semicircle rotates in time with a song composed of the children’s questions and the ram’s answers. After each verse, the ram attempts to break the semicircle by striking it with its torso (as in the previous game). If successful, the ram flees while the others chase it. Whoever catches the ram becomes the ram in the next game.
