Inflated Ball Game
Translation details
Model:mistral-large-2512.Translated text
Section titled “Translated text”Players divided into 2 teams (5 from each side) take their places along the two longer edges of a table at least 6 feet long.
A ping-pong ball, or else a light celluloid inflated ball, is placed in the center of the table, and each team tries to blow the ball onto the opposing team’s narrower edge of the table.
If the ball is blown off the sides, it counts as an “out” and play resumes anew from the center. This game develops lung elasticity and respiratory muscle strength, and the best player is the one who can drive the ball to the opposite edge without grimacing, despite the opponents’ blowing.
The game becomes livelier and more engaging when each team draws a goal on the table and positions its five players so that one acts as goalkeeper, 2 in attack, and 2 in defense.
