Section titled “Translated text”A game that develops agility and precision of movement. Players divide into 2 teams (preferably 4—5 each). A string or colored ribbon is hung in the middle between them at face height, and a small inflatable ball, smaller than a tennis ball, is used for throwing. Partners try to toss the ball over the ribbon so that it rolls along the ground or floor on the other side. The ball is struck only with the palm and thrown over the string. The hand must not be raised above the string (ribbon). Mistakes are counted as points for the opposing team.
Football and basketball played recreationally, rather than competitively as all football clubs today tend to showcase, are highly desirable camp or team activities for exercising muscle elasticity, agility, and precision of movement.
